Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship single products to the UK at a flat rate cost of £2.50 and internationally £12.50

For multiple products & tracked delivery, you will see that the DPD courier option is usually the best choice.

All orders shipped with DPD are fully trackable.

You can select the desired shipping option at the checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our products are usually created and shipped out within three to five working days plus delivery time so around 7 days for the UK and 10 to 15 working days for international services.

Due to Covid 19, times may be stretched so please bear with our suppliers who are doing everything they can in this uncertain time.

Please be aware some of our products may take slightly longer due to the production demand process which is not under our direct control. We do however choose our suppliers based on speed, reliability, and quality amongst many other reasons so rest assured they will be doing all they can to meet your expectations.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can contact DPD with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution.

The standard Royal Mail delivery option is not trackable.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you can place an order as a ‘guest’. Please select this option during the checkout process. But we hope you’ll be back so creating an account for the future may be useful!

Orders and Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately canceling or changing your order isn’t possible as the product you ordered is being created specifically for you and is automated from the moment you confirm payment, so please make sure that you order carefully.

Can I Return A Faulty Product?

Yes, if it’s genuinely faulty or not the product you ordered then we’ll exchange or refund it.

What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We issue replacement orders from 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU and international locations, this corresponds with the Royal Mails missing post policy.

If an order does not arrive our process is as follows:

  • We always recommend asking you to check at your local post office first
  • Check that you entered the correct address when you ordered
  • Confirm your address with us
  • Please note that we have to wait 10 days from the order being posted before notifying our supplier even if you contact us earlier
  • Please also note that we must notify our supplier within 20 days of any orders that have not arrived, After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email Wylde Rides Merch with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Please remember that we only accept returns for incorrectly supplied or faulty products and not for unwanted items. So yes you can return a hoodie that arrives with the arms missing, but we won’t accept it if you’ve simply changed your mind or you have spilt your chicken korma down the front.

How Long Does It Take For A Refund To Be Processed?

Please allow seven working days for your return to be processed, if you contact us before this time we may not be able to help, but please provide your full name, order number, and the date the package was returned.

What Are The Care Instructions For Your Garments?

For all garments, regardless of garment, style, or printing method, we advise you and to follow these instructions for washing and drying:

  • Wash at 30 degrees celsius, inside out
  • Don’t tumble dry
  • Don’t iron over print

What Do You Do With The Information You Collect From Us ?

We might send you offers or news about our stuff from time to time, you might even see us advertise on your favorite social media feeds.
